A few of the chapters in my study have an asterisk (*) next to the chapter name. I think it has something to do with the fact that I originally created these chapters by importing a PGN file (though I have since edited the chapters significantly).
What does the asterisk mean and is there a way to get rid of it?

I think that the asterisk appears if you duplicate a chapter.

That would make sense, because I created the chapters by exporting the first chapter as a PGN, then importing it into the new chapters, then editing the new chapters. I did this because I wanted to move a few lines from the first chapter to their own chapters, and it seems that exporting/importing PGN is the only way to copy a chapter.
I would still like to remove the asterisk if possible, as it is just distracting and the meaning is unclear.
