When I select a chapter it scrolls to the bottom of chapter column.
I'm using Chrome and disabling all plugins doesn't fix the issue.
This symptom occurs in all studies.

I made a new discovery.
This happens when I narrow the window so that the chapter column is displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen.
I usually use a vertical monitor, so this symptom occurs all the time.

This symptom is alleviated when I use a wide window and the chapter column is displayed in the top left, but it doesn't completely go away.
