@infinite2009 Probably people who are streamers, coaches, teachers/ those who have applied for them received this message for safety reasons. If you activate "Two-Factor Authentication" you're account will be safe and secure.
You can try activating that by using this: https://lichess.org/account/twofactor

Two factor authentication (or 2FA for short) means that you need a second "factor" besides your password to log into your account.

In general, that second factor could be anything, like your finger print, face detection, a code sent to your email or phone or something similar.

But generating a code on your phone is the most common implementation and also what Lichess uses. It works via an app such as andOTP or Google Authenticator. After setting it up, when you want to log into your Lichess account you will have to enter a special code shown in the app after entering your password. That code is constantly changing (every 30 seconds or so) and is generated on your phone so it doesn't require internet.

By entering that code you basically prove that you have your phone with you which in turn means hat even if somebody steals your password, they still can't log into your account without your phone.
