I seriously doubt anyone cares about cheating in anonymous games. Why should they? It has absolutely no consequences what so ever other than possibly wasting a few minutes of your life. And how do you know they cheated? How do you know that it was not a grandmaster you played?

IP ban is just an illusion. Most ISPs use dynamic IP. Disconnect your router for a few minutes and you get a new one when you reconnect.

If you want all the bells and whistles you need to log in. It's the only realistic way to have some control over who you play.
