Warned when there was visible time left when I resigned.

I resigned with 3.5 seconds showing on the clock and was warned for letting time running out, please advise.

Here are a couple of advices:

1. Post a game link, not the position:

2. Don't let your clock run down. The algorithm notices when someone tries to game the warning system. Here you went down from 38 seconds to below 4 seconds... which is somewhat suspicious.

3. It is an automated warning only. If you seriously were looking for a move to play (which I can totally understand in that position that somehow smells like their could be some tricks), there's nothing to worry about. The system is smart enough not to punish you for those rare cases.

I experienced the same not a single time. The system seems promote brainless quick decisions...

Your game history shows a lot of games where you simply left the game. I conclude that the system is working just fine.
