"waiting for players" and I wait for ever ? CHESS.COM is fine

hey i typically face similar issue !

Games doesn't load it says "waiting for players" and I wait for ever ?

my internet is good, my other Apps are fine. CHESS.COM is perfectly fine ?

i have complained to CONTACT@LICHESS.ORG

But no reply YET ?

In a tournament or 1v1? Are you selecting a very unique time control?...

I don't use unique or custom time I just click on 1 min it opens "waiting for opponent" and I keep waiting.

I am only able to play Tournmnts...

lichess should be aware of this issue, i was expecting an answer from lichess !

chess.com is an entirely different site - there's no reason there'd be any entanglement between the two.

I'm not sure i'd be expecting a helicopter to take me to the nerve centre of the operation. my guess is that if they can reproduce the problem with the info you've provided they'll take a look, create a ticket etc and get onto it with the appropriate priority.
