I really love the Study feature for my chess lessons. For online use it is close to perfect, but when using it in for instance a classroom i am missing one very simple feature .....
When in a classroom i log in with my own account and then when i start a study the notation is already visible at the right. That way my students already see the solution. Wouldn't it be great to just have a button to show/hide the notation just as with the openingexplorer-button thats already there. Then one could hide the solution/notation while discussing/explaning a position and show it at the end.
This one little button would make the Study feature perfect for my live chess-lessons.

Huub, take a look at www.chesspractice.com. It’s designed just the wat you describe. And after you make a move, it shows the four best moves color coded by strength

In the chapter settings you can hide moves.

In chapter settings you can only choose "Hide next move" ... the first move (often the most important one solving a puzzle) is already shown.
In my view just one simple button hiding/showing the moves-panel would be the easiest and best solution because then a trainer can use both in his training on for example a digi-board.

You can hide every move.
You should select Analysis Mode = Interactive lesson in chapter settings, then click on Preview under the board on the right side - all moves are hidden, the software will play the moves for an opponent.

The problem with most mentioned ideas is that if you change to the next chapter you first see again the moves panel ...ergo: you see the moves to play .... or at least the first move.
I only ask for one simple button to show/hide the notation panel and it would be of such great value to so many instructors.

@Huub
I agree that adding a show/hide button is a good idea, till then you can use a workaround - drag the browser window to the right till the notation panel disappears from sight.

Yes.....dragging the window out of sight is what i do now, but i think we all can agree that that is just a (not all to good looking) workaround and not a real solution.
I hope the button to show/hide the notation-panel will soon be added, because it really is a very tiny thing to add while it has great impact on those using Lichess for live instruction in classrooms etc.
I do hope more will support my request! :)
