two games at the same time?

My last opponent blundered at move 4 in a bullet game, quit the game without resigning and started a new one against another opponent. It seems that this is a lichess bug to allow this behavior.

Some people(like me)play two classical games at the same time.

Should i report abuse, when the opponent let his time run out in losing position or just block that guy?
