I use TOR browser(not just for lichess,but for evreything else online related as well)
no matter what computer i use(i have 3....2 laptops + a gamer PC for fun) there is always huge deal of lag.....

Well, if you use Tor, your connection to Lichess goes through multiple nodes. The delay between all those nodes adds up (and will be worse depending on the distance between the nodes, or if the exit node is very far from the Lichess server), so I'm not surprised you have more lag.

how much lag (as i am no expert in that field) is still considered fine, when playing bullet? I mean the monthly bullet tournament is abot to start in few hours....i wuld lik to play in there

Using TOR gives you 700+ms of lag which is not ideal for bullet.

so using the safest browser to play chess here is not an option apparently (or at least bullet)
