any tip how to find it in lila?

Btw can anyone enlighten me what is the rationale behind one of the latest UI/UX change on lichess users profile page?
I mean they put actions toolbox buttons behind a big hamburger menu. Now challenging/messaging/etc. someone needs an extra mouse hover on that hamburger to let us click on the appropriate action icon.
Not to mention all of these actions now kind of hidden at first sight instead of being explicitly shown/offered to new users.
I find this change really unconvenient :(
it was a code consolidation with mobile views. phones don't have room for a horizontal array of text buttons or a way to hover over condensed icon-only buttons (for the explanatory tooltip).
i think the inconvenience is acceptable, but we're open to further changes related to discoverability. for example, replacing the hamburger icon with something that suggests "hoverable". cuz most if not all of our other hamburgers require a click

FYI there is a PR approval process where senior Lichess devs do code reviews and make sure the feature is useful and not just a random update that gets merged. I got many of my PRs declined in the Lila codebase, so just so you know not all rogue devs make it

Seems I'm not alone :) https://lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/watch-block-follow-actions-dropdown-menu-petition-to-reverse-changes
Finally I find the original issue causing this change https://github.com/lichess-org/lila/issues/13991
His suggestion "Changing the buttons from just icon to icon+text would make them much more understandable and usable" led to this hamburger solution, which is mobile friendly but not desktop friendly at all.
In short, someone find a minor issue affected mobile users only (at least I never met any complaint about those button icons from desktop users) and he solved it making it worse for desktop users.
Why not leave the original toolbox for desktop and the new one for mobile (similarly how the main menu is hamburger on mobile but not on desktop) ?
When lichess already develops a mobile app, the web app should prefer desktop users a bit more ;)

making it worse for desktop users.
that's debatable. i prefer the new way. i rarely used any of these buttons, so for me personally placing them inside a menu is preferable.

Why not choose which style is used based on the browser screen size? I know Lichess already does this for the menu at the top of the page, for example.

Thanks for locating that issue "Put mobile UI profile actions into popup list with icon & text". I thought the team fixing that issue would do so in the beta Lichess app https://lichess.org/@/Lichess/blog/the-new-mobile-app/KXlgb3X2 , not to be confused with the V2 mobile app https://lichess.org/@/lichess/blog/lichess-mobile-20/VaFiBB0A . I now see I was mistaken...

This is my knee-jerk reaction as well, since most desktop users aren't going to understand that a hamburger button does something other than ordering fast food.

You played 756 games over 8 years. We can say you rarely used lichess in general ;)

you can say whatever you want, but (1) number of games played is not the only metric of lichess usage – and if it was, why does it matter where some buttons on a profile are? they have little to do with gameplay. (2) i have more than one account.

I reacted to your "i rarely used any of these buttons, so for me personally placing them inside a menu is preferable."
It was half of joking.
If you rarely used those buttons you can say it is preferable for you to hide them behind a hamburger, of course.
But this doesn't mean this change doesn't made the lichess UI/UX worse for power users, who frequently use them.
