Related info,
the Register-button actually changed twice in short time.
Unclear if OP reacted on the first change, or the second/current (at time of writing).
So any further comments might be outdated.

Yah, there was one earlier than this screenshot, where Register-button was not outline but filled, and also switched place with "Sign in"-button.
