I coach a group of 10 year olds and we use the excellent classes feature. Thank you for adding this.
I would love to be able to do one of the following
- set specific puzzles into a group to assign to the kids. So you have a list called "Homework" and in that you make one weeks homework called "17 July 2021" and as you go through you can tag puzzles and pick which homework group to add to".
or
- If I want the kids to do 20 fork puzzles rated 1,000, to be able to ask Lichess to pull that into a list and the kids are all assigned the puzzles.
or
- As I look at puzzles I can tick to add them to a group for my class and the kids can just go through them each week.
For all of these a fun feature would be to go back and view progress on a puzzle by puzzle basis. Perhaps as a matrix showing ticks and crosses to see which ones we should review as a group.
I'm happy to make a UX mockup for discussion and beta test. I think it builds on how you have the app structured now. It would be a good step towards getting Lichess used more in scholastic chess coaching.
Cheers
Nick
