swiss pairing software open source?

Since available FIDE certificated pairing Software like SwissManager (https://swiss-manager.at/) is quite expensive and proprietary: Is anyone interested in making one open source? The underlying pairing engines https://github.com/BieremaBoyzProgramming/bbpPairings or http://www.rrweb.org/javafo/JaVaFo.htm are already GPL licensed and open. Implementing the logic around is no big magic.

What functionality do you see?
Is it for OTB?
Here’s a start:

Form to enter metadata (Venue dates rules)
Form to enter unique id of players
Form to enter number of rounds
Button to initiate next round
Display of draw/pairings
Form to enter results
Display of leaderboard
Handling of withdrawals
Correcting errors / backstepping (wrong result entered, redraw)
User handling login passwords
Permissions (who can perform central draw, distributed joining and entering of results)
Form to apply to participate in the tournament / webshop checkout payment
