Simply get a pen and bit of paper like in the olden days , write the users handle down and report after the tournament it's not likely the mods will see it for 24hrs anyway with all knee jerk reporting like this because you lost a game . xxx I'm guilty of it too btw , don't think I've had a correct report for the last five or six times , not one correct , makes me feel stupid that I even think it xxx but then I'm just a layman with feelings something ain't right here xxx

My reports are pathetic , no depth , no insight because I'm a novice , but you know , when you know it doesn't feel right and then nothing happens and you feel stupid ,think I might give up reporting ,cause I'm just not Au fait with all they want in a report why would I be I'm a 1600 , that's their job , but if it don't feel right it ain't right all cheaters do is send me into a massive tilt xxx

You should not stop reporting if you find a cheater, it's part of the cleansing the site needs to keep it a enjoyable place for everyone.
And it's not exactly "their job", I don't see lichess being a company charging you to play. That's exactly why it's good to try to help, that's from reporting to suggesting reporting should be a faster task.
You don't need to be Kramnik to know cheaters are not unlikely this days (after the "chess boom"), sadly.
