Report thread title option is missing, when first post is deleted.

There seems to be no way to report a thread, when the 1st comment is deleted.
This example below shows that it can be impossible to determine who made the thread.
I can check with @, but in this case 3 names shows up, all three has at least 1 post.
I can by reading the latter posts, guess who made the first, but that would only be a guess.
So I won't know exactly who to report for the public shaming title.

(I just checked before posting this, that the Thread is now deleted, therefore I change the link title, so not to public mention someone)

This is a mild example, but the potential to be a lot worse exists.

I don't want to report a wrong person.
Could Lichess in the near future make an option to report either the thread title, or 1st comment, even though the 1st comment is deleted?

Lichess moderators have in this year been more hands on with the moderation of the forums, and I applaud you for that.

I think this is a necessary feature, just for internet safety. I can recall an instance where a thread title in a general forum displayed personal info about another user (who is a minor, if I recall correctly) without permission, then deleted the first post. Luckily, I was able to use context clues to figure out who to report, but it’s easy to imagine a situation where that’s not possible.

Yes, I do hope this will be implemented at some point. In the meantime,

I don't want to report a wrong person.

you should not worry about this, at all.

Report anyone who posted in that thread, just make sure to include a link to the topic in question. You can mention in your report that you are attaching the report to a random account, because you do not know who created the deleted post.

Nothing will happen to the person you reported, unless they actually did something wrong. If you are still worried, do the following:

If you want to report something, but do not know which account to report for it, just report @anonmod.
