when i was playing a match my network glitched and it took me 15 minutes to fix it and guess what I got A WARNING they could've at least timed out me but NO a warning

As long as it is just a warning it isn't really a problem.
But it is actually your responsibility to have a stable internet connection while playing on lichess.

In case that you actually get banned you can always appeal your ban, even though as long as you dont have really good proof for your story this will be useless.
