Well it's a rated game, neither you or your opponent are flagged as violators of ToS...it's probably a bug.
I have seen many times my games were not rated in a fair manner. I have seen some people get close to 20 scores when whenever they win the game. I was never given score above 10. I feel somebody is manipulating this chess program. This is your information. Priyanjan

If your rating is not stable, then you win or lose more rating after a win/loss.

Secondly, please create your own thread next time.
