Problem connecting to Lichess

Since about two days I'm having issues with Lichess. I cannot access it from my Wifi at home regardless of what device I'm using (imac, PC or iphone), all other sites on the internet seem to work just fine though. I get into Lichess and can look at my profile and log in and out for example but cannot create or find any games or use the analysis board (the red reconnecting sign appears in the lower left corner after about 10 seconds and stays there). When I try the same devices but with my mobile data the site works just fine. Connecting the PC straight to the broadband connection, bypassing the WIFI-router, also makes it work as normal. The problem therefore seems to with Lichess and my router but I cannot for the life of me figure out what has gone wrong. I have tried restarting the router and clearing the DNS cache of my computer but nothing seems to work. I have also not done any changes to my hardware or software in the last two days which could accoiunt for this problem?

Has anyone experienced something like this or have any idea as to what is going on? Any help would be much appreciated, I need my chess fix!

EDIT: Problem has been solved!

When you get the red "reconnecting" label, what do you see in the browser console?

@rasfalt Check your router's wifi channel. Sometimes it looks for uncongested channels and picks high ones (12,13,14) which are not accessible by all devices (legal reasons). Manually set it to 6, perhaps, and try again.

You could try changing the station name, and/or password, in case someone else is fiddling around.

Try another router, if possible. It's a fact that everyone has 3 unused routers from previous internet providers as they jack the price up after 18/24 months so you'd be crazy to stay with them. I'm using one of my old ones as a wifi extender!

When your pc is connected to the internet via ethernet you can use it as a wifi hotspot and see if the other devices still work.

Thanks for the reply @Doofenshmirtz!

Managed to solve the issue just a few minutes ago, it was related to the MAC adress on the router which I had to clone.
