It's not terribly important, but I've noticed most people have at least one cheater in their list, and it's not uncommon that actually all 5 of the "worst defeats" are against low rated players who got banned afterwards. Losing to a cheating 800 doesn't mean anything, so I guess it'd be a good idea to hide these, if it's not too much effort.

Very good idea, it would be just pure luck if you get a cheater on your ̈best wins ̈ list.

This is an excellent idea! I was refunded rating points, but the defeat still shows up and while I don't mind it, it would be good to get it off my profile!

i asked for this a while ago myself. iirc, the answer was that it isn't really feasible. for a rating refund, lichess only checks the last 40 games of the marked account; for this, it would have to go through all the games, and look at the worst rated defeats list of every opponent. then it would have to re-create the worst rated defeat list for every single opponent, so potentially go through all the games of those. some marked accounts have played thousands of games, and the opponents may have played thousands of games as well, so this is really a huge undertaking.
i will say that (1) i do not remember who gave that answer back then, the person may not have been a dev. it sounded plausible to me though. and (2) this was years ago, maybe it would be easier now for some reason.
