Can you tell me if using a VPN is OK? I was playing a game and had a reconnection issue and lost the game due to time out. I had plenty of time to continue the game, as I was winning easily. Do I play on this site without the CactusVPN? I have asked them if the problem is at their end. What can I do.
I use ZenMate VPN and my connection is ok.
I think I worked it out. With CactusVPN. In the U.K. I have to youse the VPN with SSTP protocol. I was using a different one, seems that it is different with other countries. If I connected through Paris or Amsterdam I would have been OK.
