I have been having this problem for about 3 weeks. When I copy the URL of a game and then paste it into a study it doesn't just create ONE chapter. It creates as many chapters as there are room for. All of them (except one) are blank. So I have to keep deleting the blank ones every time. It is driving me nuts!
Example: I have 50 chapters created in a study. I go to paste a URL to make ONE new chapter that I just played with a student. I hit "create chapter" and instead of just making chapter 51... it makes chapters 51 all the way to 64! (the maximum allowed) Does anyone have any idea why this is happening or how it can be fixed? Is anyone else encountering this problem?

i just tried this in chrome, it just creates one chapter. Is it maybe a browser addon? Are you using an outdated browser?

Does the pgn include a null move or any other move that is not supported by lichess studies? I've seen it happen with that before.
What is it now, PGN or URL? These are two dfferent things.
