My reports aren't reviewed

Recently I reported a few messages as spam, however they were not removed and no actions were taken. That's why I have a question to Lichess moderators, why reports of some people are checked within minutes, some may take days or weeks. Is my report score too low? If so than why? I only reported accounts with insulting usernames(some of which are still not closed) and obvious cheaters that spend the same time on each move in every game, while playing perfectly. One cheater was even banned 5 months after I reported him, when somebody else probably reported him. Also, if I report someone for a reason that is not enough for a ban or warning, but still makes total sense, will my score be lowered? I am posting this message on forum, so you can check my report history. Also I will be really glad if you tell me which types of reports shouldn't be sent, if that is the issue with my trust ability score.
Edit1 This text is mostly addressed to mods, as regular people can't see report history/score.
Edit2 Recently one of people whom I reported got banned.
I reported some people for inappropriate usernames, in some cases it may not enough for ban, but it shouldn't lower your score, as the reason for report is clear and it makes sense, right?

You might get a notification if somebody you reported is banned. You will not get notifications about any other actions taken. So there might have been a warning without you getting informed about it. Getting no notification doesn‘t mean the report was dismissed or not looked at. There is no need to send a second report about the same infraction. It will not be seen at faster nor will it make a ban more likely.

1. It is score that shows whether your reports are useful or not
2. Only mods can check it, that is the main reason why I am worried
3. You can check it only if you are a mod

No, I am not worried about Lichess's actions towards violators, I am worried about my trustworthiness score. In other words I don't want to have a reputation of a person whose reports are useless

Just focus on useful reports I'm sure it will even out. However, your super-secret horsey rating has plummeted due to this thread and I'm afraid that's permanent. I would recommend a new account but don't get caught, because using alts to bypass the hidden horsey rating results in instant perma-ban.

1) What is horsey rating?
2) How can this thread affect anything?
3) About what alts are you talking about?
4) Why would I need a new account?
I never insulted mods and only asked reasonable questions
Dude I'm just messing with you. Sorry about that! carry on.
