Let me try to explain a few things.
> Recently I reported a few messages as spam, however they were not removed and no actions were taken.
The most recent reports for spam are 10 hrs old. We try to review all reports within 48 hrs, but sometimes it may take longer for various reasons.
> I only reported accounts with insulting usernames(some of which are still not closed) and obvious cheaters that spend the same time on each move in every game, while playing perfectly. One cheater was even banned 5 months after I reported him,
I can check the last 20 reports you sent, 4 of which were accounts reported for inappropriate username about 5 months ago. All of them were closed about the same period of the report.
Besides, 5 months ago you also reported someone for cheating and that player was banned the same day.
> Also I will be really glad if you tell me which types of reports shouldn't be sent
You can send reports about pretty much everything you think isn't complying with our tos, community guidelines and fair play rules. There are a few things which are checked automatically by our systems so reports are not necessary, such as stalling and rage quitting.
