Hi! Please help. Something is wrong with my account, my rating doesn't get changed when I play games on my phone. It's currently 1772 and hasn't been changed for my last maybe 30 games or something played on my phone? Doesn't matter I win or lose, the number 1772 stays the same. It's very weird and discouraging because I can't track my progress and I've been on this account for years already. The rating changes when I play on my PC but I do it rarely.
I tried logging in and out, doesn't help. Clearly a bug on your end.

I see a lot of casual games in your history. Do you use the "create a game" dialog to start games? Maybe it's remembering the casual setting there. I think it's much more clearly a PEBKAC problem.
