You can take a screenshot, then upload it to that website https://imgur.com/upload , copy the link and paste it here.
You said it's working on your laptop but not on your desktop. What browser are you using on your desktop? Have you tried using a different browser or logging out and in again?
It almost sounds like you enabled Microsoft's Magnifier function on the PC. Is the PC working normally in other applications, or other web sites?
