Making deleting variations easier

In studies, I usually play around with variations in a game. Is there a way to clear everything but the mainline without having to delete them one by one?

I would love if there was a hotkey for "Delete from here". Instead of right-clicking, then using the mouse to click a button. It could just be say the DEL key.

In chessbase, or fritz, you can easily hotkey deleting variations or "delete onwards".

I asked reddit for help. They came up with this: https://gitlab.com/-/snippets/2078643

It works and I'll use it for now until it's improved.
