One major difference I see when switching from chess.com to lichess is its lack of bots. I know that lichess is a free to play site and it would be difficult to build but I have a suggestion.
Why can't we see stockfish bot rating? Like it must be simple task to do right? If lichess can't build new bots then it should have a option to change rating of stockfish bot much like chess.com's engine.
I know that most players don't play bots that much but bots are good when you are preparing new openings because they mainly play all the good moves at start which are helpful in preparing mainline moves.
What is your opinion on this thought. Should stockfish bot rating be visible and changeable or not?
If you prefer playing against bots, chess.com has plenty of them, even unmarked, so it's always a suprise!

I usually play against humans but Bots usually play mainline opening so they are good for practicing opening theory but lichess bots don't have any clear rating or classification as beginner, intermediate, advanced,Master so it's not possible to choose which one to play against. And also unlike chess.com bot Lichess bots don't play mainline theory untill stockfish level 7 or 8 which are just impossible to practice again because they are too strong
Chess.com sucks. If you prefer it, go ahead.
The only obvious difference between sites is gamification
Chess.com uses a pay to play vs lichess, which is open-sourced and free
The bots on lichess are much better, because there is variation.
While chess.com has levels, lichess has rating.
I can play with a 1200, a 1300, a 1400 .... a 3100 etc, while on chess.com I can only play with levels 1-9.
More options here, for free.
Less options, ugly UI, and crazy prices - Chess.com

Yes you are right about Pay to play v sFree to play system of chess.com and lichess. And yes Lichess is my favourite because it provides every resource for free. But I think you have mistaken on the point that bots on lichess have rating.
Bots on lichess have no ratings and they are classified as level 1 to 8. That was the problem I posted in first place I wanted to see ratings of the bots on lichess. Or atleast I wanted to see them classified as Beginner intermediate advanced master and gradmaster this would make it easier to understand that which one to play. Lichess provides everything like puzzles, multiplayer, tournaments for free but when it comes to bots chess.com has no alternative. I am not saying that bots and absolute necessity of the game but Simplification of bots will make the site significantly better with minimum efforts.
Actually, I believe you are wrong. Bots do have rating, and you can verify that here - now stockfish is a completely different matter. Plus, 1-9 is a lot easier for stockfish. With names like Beginner, and Master, it's only helping grow your self esteem, not your skill. 1-9 is simpler, more effective

What do you mean?
There are 8 different levels of stock fish which definitely CAN be changed!
Lichess has a lot more bots than chess.com!
