i was playing lichess app (mobile) on my old mobile (htc sense 300) for 2 years without problems. yesterday i did a reset on my phone, and now, i am unable to install app. it says that my device isn't compatible.
Please i am desperate to install lichess. What can i do?
I have fully updated everything on my phone including google play services and google store and everything in-between.
phone model: htc desire 300
android version: 4.1.2
HTC Sense version: 5.0
Google play store version: 8.8.12

on googleplay lichess apk requires at least android 4.4 and you use android 4.1, so upgrade you android version, or use an old lichess.apk .
ok sounds like there is no custom rom above 4.2 for you mobile, you should have to download source code of lichess and edit manifest if you want to use the latest version .. good luck

thank you all for responding. most baffling thing for me was that lichess worked on this particular device without problems for more than two years, and now, suddenly, device isnt compatible anymore.
playing via mobile browser was very tedious and i wasnt really comfortable with that.
anyways, i managed to install old version via aptoid.
