"1. Cheating. We define this as using any external assistance to strengthen your knowledge and, or, calculation ability to gain an unfair advantage over your opponent. Some examples would include computer engine assistance, opening books (except for correspondence games), endgame tablebases, and asking another player for help, although these aren’t the only things we would consider cheating."

openingtree.com just makes an opening tree of a player, it's not an engine, or opening book, or endgame table base, or asking for people for help.

#4 well it might be hard to detect (I do not know), but using openingtree.com is cheating. It is the same kind of cheating as looking up your opponent’s games during an OTB game would be. While you do not get engine evaluations, you still get a list of moves and how your opponent scored against them. Or you can see if your opponent always makes the same mistake after a certain move. Do this kind of research before the game starts, and remember it during the game. Do not research this during the game and do not use written notes of your research during the game.
