For a school activity we're doing an online tournament but the catch is that there are 3 teams instead of 4 or 2, so the matchmakings have to be made with care to avoid people facing against players of their same team, so the only way to make it is with manual matchmaking instead of automatic, so i need to do a match for 2 players apart from me. Is there any way to do it here in lichess or is there any software that can help for an online tournament?
No there is not. You just have to instruct player to send challenges at agreed time. This how lichess4545 organizes tournaments.
