is there a way to set a timer/hear a sound when it is your move and X time has passed?

Does anybody know if there is a way, app or something that reads when my turn started and after X amount of time then a sound pops up?

Background, I'm trying to spend more time per move thinking on the possible options and this may be a way to do it "by repetition"... by trying to do a move after I'm certain I've spent X amount of time thinking about it.

This works for Chess.com but I'm not sure if it works for Lichess.

And I'm pretty sure that the guy in the video said that the mods approved the extension, so using it won't get you banned.

I have found the voice alerts too historical for my game-to-game need of an alert (especially from Nakamura). So it just made me blunder. But the discrete sound alert seems more appropriate. It may serve as a reminder for me to check the clocks.

Sometimes it is ok to spend a larger amount of time in a single move. So having someone to yell at you in one of those moments is not good. Unless you set a higher time limit, which you really should never exceed.
