I am not trying to sell anything to anybody.
And I will stop reading through your walls of babble as you don't care to write understandable sentences and don't seem to interested in a solution to whatever your problem is.

I would like to pin a specific position from a game to emphase the look at the start of one combinaison and also I want to keep all the game move ... I don't want to enter only the position but keep the entire game moves. A little bit like in instagram when you pin some image at the top of the account to remember the important moment... but also you could delete those pin points ...
There are different ways to create links for specific positions in specific scenarios:
- in a game : a URL in the format https://lichess.org/<gameId>/<color>#<ply> (this relies on the assumption that a game doesn't have branches, so the ply number only refers to a position in the mainline)
- in Analysis Board : a URL that looks like this: https://lichess.org/analysis/pgn/<URLencodedPGN>?color=<color>#<ply> (this also works only for the mainline, so you kind of have to engineer the move so it's the mainline) - the URL is hard to generate, but the browser extension LiChess Tools lets you easily copy the URL of any small enough tree in Analysis Board
- in a Study : a URL in the format https://lichess.org/study/<studyId>/<chapterId>#<ply> - same issue with the mainline and I think you can't specify the orientation either. It also has the problem that study move lists change, so it's not very permanent - however the LiChess Tools browser extension has a feature called Bookmarks, which allows you to "name" a certain node in the move list and then reference it via a single URL. (see here: https://lichess.org/@/TotalNoob69/blog/full-repertoire-using-pgn-editor-explorer-practice-and-bookmarks/IMnry1xG)
- in Puzzles : you usually have to use an API or go to the link of the game the puzzle was generated from, but with LiChess Tools you get a link to the actual puzzle PGN when you finish the puzzle
And yes, I am the developer of LiChess Tools :)
The problem, usually, is that there is no way to define a move in a PGN that actually can change and has many variations. The only persistent way would be a list of moves to get to that position (like a mini-PGN just for that branch) linked with the entirety of the PGN of your game/analysis/study/puzzle. Perhaps a custom PGN tag containing said moves would work, but it could also become very cumbersome if the branches are very long.

Also, this doesn't cover the scenario that you probably envisioned, where you curate, index and search your own database of games, puzzles, positions and so on. I am working on that, but at the moment I don't have the time and it will require downloading a companion app anyway, since I've reached the limits of the browser and LiChess Tools does not have a server component.
