Is it okay to call someone a fa**ot?

I've been harassed badly by my opponent after a game that has really affected me and my performance.

Despite reporting immediately, Lichess took no action for days. I reported again, this time telling Lichess that I might close my account if they don't take action this time. Still nothing done.

I remember how I vowed to donate and support Lichess once I start earning myself. So disappointed.
maybe lichess consider that your request is not serious enough, or very hurtful for them to take sanctions against him. Cuz you know they cannot always take actions against everyone just because that person has been reported.
What happened exactly between that player & you ?
By the way 3 weeks ago i have reported someone for very clear sandbagging but nothing was done. Yesterday i have seen that the player is said to increase or decrease artificially his rating !
Is it ok for someone to name-call like that? No. Will it happen now and then online in an anonymous forum like lichess? Yes.

Sorry but you're just going to have to live with this. People usually get banned on lichess for cheating. Unless this person continues harassment after a game ends (why haven't you blocked them yet??) to multiple people, it's highly unlikely they'll get banned.

No, it's not okay. You should report the person if it happens (I'm saying this in general, I'm aware that you did).

Your assumption that nothing was done is wrong. I'm not going to provide any more details as it's our policy not to discuss individual cases with third parties, yet alone in public.
