The Lichess opening explorer is a fantastic tool for opening repertoire preparation. The analysis tree shows all examined variations. I would like to be able to export this analysis, without creating a study. Currently only the “main” variation is exported. A work around is to promote critical lines to the “main” variation and do separate exports.
Chess.com has PGN with variations on their analysis board, although I find it very easy to accidentally hit reset and wipe out the analysis.
