I can't log in by email. I did not get the mail (link)

I have bad password. On the browser I seen "This password is too easy to guess. Request a password reset email" when trying to log in. I try reset password, but I did not get the mail (link). I try log in by email and have same result

Presumably you are logged in right now in order to post this comment. Can you not go to your account preferences and change the password in there directly?

Since your account is quite old, there's a chance you don't have any email set. In that case, I'd recommend you set one asap on https://lichess.org/account/email

My students can't get on the platform now....

How to save accounts?

Are they now lost access to them forever?
