How to view correspondence games I could join • page 1/1 • Lichess Feedback • lichess.org

When I create a game I am taken to screen where I can see all the games that are waiting for players to join. What I don’t know is how to get to this screen without creating a correspondence game as I don’t see this as an option on the main menus.

Make a game that's not one of the quick pairing options. If you select one of the quick pairing options, it will automatically use the quick pairing.

I do that already. My question is: can/how I get to this list without creating a game first.

how about main lichess window, signed-in. (i'm on desktop, so wide design), there are four tabs, one of them correspondance, it might be empty, but try again later. you don't have to always be the initiator of the game...

fours tabs from left to right: quick pairing; lobby; correspondance; and then your games in play.

That is interesting. I use an iPad so don’t have tabs....
I now seem to recall that I had correspondence as an option in main menu before but no longer... hmmm. Any other leads?

do you use website ou the mobile app?

i have not tested the latest version of the mobile app on my emulator, so could not help there
but if you are using a browser on ipad, we should have the same web site, so my terminology may be wrong.

the tabs i am referring to are within-page tabs, for lack of a better term, not browser tabs. also i am using dark background, and the tabs, within-page, don't have any background even if selected.

The attachments only partially load so I’m not seeing what I assume I’m meant to see. Will keep trying.
How do people attach pics of screen? Maybe if someone could see my screen they could also advise / direct best.

the pics are cut off, intentionally, the "tabs" including "correspondance" are visible in the cropped view shown. if that's why you think they are only partially loading. you could use the site i'm using, from the links.
