Hey, I downloaded the puzzles db (https://database.lichess.org/#puzzles) and don't know how to import it to Scid. The notes said something about using a chess library to convert it to SAN, but I don't know how to do that. Any suggestions?

FYI you can open the puzzle db in LucasChess (which is an alternative to Scid): https://lucaschess.pythonanywhere.com/
This is was included in an October 2021 update (i.e. this feature is one year young)

The download is a .zip of pgns. Unzip and you can open them on your chess GUI of choice. Scid is one of them.
