how to set up chess960 position in the board editor?

Is there a way to setup chess960 position in the board editor, without entering it manually? like a list to choose from?

I tried, but i could only find all other variants except chess960.

Chess960 is mostly standard chess. It does not have any special rules to play.

make the position you want in the editor, but don't forget to castle if possible

I think he wants to enter a number from 1 to 960, and then get the position. I'm not aware of such a possibility.

I would like to be able to set up specific positions based on their number (1 to 960). When you play 960 games, it shows the number of the position, so it's already in the lichess code. It'd be a nice feature to be able to select the position number when you are doing an analysis board!

I'm pretty sure there are some generators which give you FEN of an initial position from its Chess960 number.

Yeah that's a solution. But going to an external site and copying and pasting code just to look at a position is really tedious. It seems like it would be a relatively easy feature for lichess to add. I hope it gets considered ... interest in Fischer Random is definitely growing!
