There is no option on the menu's to do this. There is really no clue. Like it is not all that important. How do I report these jerks?

Open the suspicious account and then report with the PGN of suspicious game(s).

Use lichess.org/report and there you can explain the details of this user.Do not forget to send a link of game and tell about how many mistakes were found,and wait for moderator response.
If user you reported gets banned, then you will receive a message telling you that the user you reported was banned.
