you need a very high rating for it to be shown publicly. the reason is that most people are only interested in playing high rated players in a simul.

i don't know the details. presumably it depends on what other simuls are currently available or something like that. i am only guessing though.

I've seen a few times that players under 1500 have made a deliberate simultaneity and two or three people participated. Why isn't this rule for everyone?
