How to know if moderators reacted to cheaters?

@anonmod said in #9:
Well, take the last ~80 hours: You lost 39 bullet 2+1 games, and of those you reported 20. That is more than 50% of your losses.

Well, this makes sense with only two questions left on the table:

  1. Have you evaluated my level of false-positive complains? It would be nice it your system takes into account this rate, If one's false-positive rating is high (measured against revealed cheaters on long term by software or moderators), this is fair to give a low priority to them (thanks for this wording instead of "ignoring", BTW), but if most of reported accounts were found guilty later by some other's requests or software, may be it worth give more attention to this reporter?
  2. Well, you give my reports low priority, but if I lost to a cheater who was revealed by another person or software, shouldn't I get the same notification? If not, why? Should I get it like I never played a revealed cheater last two years?

Since you consider most of my reports false-positive, can we have a session for which I will prepare, let's say 3 games and show my reasoning and you will help me understand what is wrong with my evaluation? Any way to this would help me. I really want to learn what is wrong with my game understanding when I win games like with +8 score and then when the opponent has seconds before end of game he suddenly starts play fast, precise and in no time wins the lost game and this is not a cheating or rating manipulation. I just want to learn what is wrong with me here, then...

@Motroskin you should get the same notification, but your reports are generally baseless, so you get this like once out of hundreds of opponents

Again, my question is not about my reports. My question is if I am not reported somebody at all, but lost to him and he was detected as a cheater by engine or by somebody else report, should I be notified and rating points updated or not?

If so, didn't I lose to a cheater in two years?

You obviously get a refund notification only if you're eligible for a refund. It's possible to fail on the 40 games criterion when you play bullet. But I'm not sure if you seriously reconsider your attitude (or paranoia) on being cheated
