I am just wondering if there is a way to search on a user id,
to see if their games have been used in the Lichess puzzles.

It would be cool to see any games I played have been used in puzzles.
Also cool to see if your opponent user id have been used in puzzles.

So, is there a way to search to see what user ids
have been used for lichess puzzles ?

Under puzzles go to puzzle dashboard. There is an option there for "from my games". Once there it will show you any of yours and an option to search for other's.
