How can I download the most up-to-date Lichess Puzzle Database when I need it?

Greetings!

I contacted the Lichess Forum about the possibility of using the Lichess Puzzle Database Offline and was informed that you have this database and that it is possible to download it in csv format.

I would like to ask a few questions about this Base:

How can I download the Puzzle Database with the latest updates whenever I want?

Would they be able to inform me of the link or the place so that I can download whenever I need this updated base?

How can I find out the frequency of updates to this Database? Is this Base updated every day?

Could I get this Database with Puzzle pgn Files separated by Themes?

For example, if I want to solve Mate Exercises in 2, I could find a pgn file that only has Mate Exercises in 2.

If you can pass me this information, I would appreciate it.

The link is here : https://database.lichess.org/#puzzles

You will probably have to create a PGN file yourself, unless someone has already written a tool you can use.
(Probably worth checking the related projects linked for this, some of it seems very similar to what you are asking for)

Greetings!

I consulted and there are several similar projects including one that can use the Lichess base updated in a csv file.

The problem is that Luca Chess is not accessible to Screen Readers, NVDA and Jaws that we blind people use to access the Computer.

Therefore, it would be necessary to create a Tool that would allow the agent to download the updated Database that comes in a csv file, run a Program and the Exercises that are in the Base to be converted to pgn files separated by Themes that we can access using a Accessible version of WinBoard.

For this reason, it would be very interesting to build this Tool. I don't build it myself because I don't know how to program. But if that were done it would be very welcome to us blind people who want to learn how to play chess.
