Read all the posts carefully the team chats are small and do not look good it'd be much better to have group chats which look like the normal ones on lichess.

To address the problem that the chat is too small, you can write an user style
I can write a prototype later today and will upload to user styles because it actually annoys me as well

No no it is not about that wouldn't it be much better if there was a chat which looks like the normal chat? instead of the team chat ?

What is the "normal chat" for you? Have a link or a screenshot?
I say we can view people in the group by clicking some sort of option and we can see who is online or not
