Feature request: Delete or/and hide games played versus computer

Sometimes I like to play a certain position against the computer over and over (f.e. if I do endgame studies), but I very much dislike the fact all these games are treated like the games I play versus human opponents in my games history. It would be nice if it would be possible to hide these games for 1. me 2. others and to completely delete them in order to maintain some kind of clarity. If I normally play against humans and then I practice a hundred times against the computer, play some more games versus humans, then these games are unconnected with the preceding ones. Looks and feels awful to me. Maybe a feature the developers could consider. Thanks.

Disagree. Your history is "your history." Next people will want casual games deleted. Simuls deleted. Practice games with friends. Start restricting who can view the games. The list goes on. Games played on the server are a public record and can be viewed by anyone. Play vs SF offline to solve the issue.

It's already possible to filter your game history.

I don't like to overload my game history with superfluous engine games either @teerdurchzogen .
My solution: I play as anonymous and if a game is worth keeping it you can still bookmark it with your real account.

@Toadofsky Can I? Can I permanently filter my game history? Because I don't see a way to do so.
@Mollus Exactly. I thought about creating an account only for playing against the engine so I can analyze my games with engine, I don't think that's possible if one plays anonymously, isn't it?

Yes, anonymous can't do that, but you can induce the engine analysis from your real account. @teerdurchzogen

Useful as a search function, still I am not empowered by lichess to choose which games I want to see in my games history by default.

I agree completely.

I dont see a logical reason to have games against the computer saved in this fashion; when, as the other user said; you can play as anonymous to avoid this.
