This feature can be a new section like puzzle training - maybe some name like 'check training'. Here, we will get some position and there will be a place for user to enter a number. The user has to enter the number of checks in the position.

Advantage: The users can improve their check calculations ability. This will help people not to miss any good checks in the position.

Thanks @SFNNUE , I hope lichess team will be ready to take this feature up. It will be really good initiative for lichess.
