Actually that is a not bad idea, although i think this is already implemented when any game ends

click your username at thetop right and go to sound. apply "piano" and play a test game with stockfish 1 and u will win. a good sound will come.

@SaNsItHu_AbEy_2012 It is the same with "piano" : we get the same sound for check and for checkmate :-(

@groshks Do you mean that when a game ends it is obvious? Maybe but here is my context: I play correspondance, sometimes I import games to play against the computer, sometimes I create stupid puzzle. And, because I am a beginner player, I already found myself in a situation where I checkmate the opponent and didn't even notice (please don't judge me :-D )
I just feel a different sound when a checkmate move is played would be nice

@mangomaestro123 I didn't understand what you meant.

Let me clarify my feature request:

Currently, there are just 2 sounds:
1 sound when a normal move is played
1 other sound when a check move is played
My request is: I would like a 3rd sound for checkmate move

Team fortress 2 is a first person shooter game that has an option to play a sound whenever you get a kill. I was making a joke about that.

Maybe just three different sounds for
Win
Loss
Draw

Or maybe a different sound for each way a game can end:
Checkmate
Stalemate
3-fold repetition
Timeout

How about one of those old Ayooga car horns?
