@AsDaGo bro, what's your point?
Brave is a Chromium browser that Lichess claims to support. Also Brave is totally free.
You're correct, my bad. I was under the impression that Brave was non-free for some reason.
Lichess is also a "free forever" website. Isn't this Lichess' advertising?
I don't see how this is even remotely related to Lichess advertising.
I only play here instead of chess.com because Lichess is free (even if I don't use all it's features).
It's silly to suggest I should pay for bug fixes on a free product.
Why? It's even sillier to demand someone fix bugs on a product you never paid a cent for.
Also I didn't ask them to work on it immediately but I would expect at least an answer from them. I expect them to care and confirm they put this issue on a backlog and will investigate/fix it.
If it were a Lichess bug, they might. They might even look into it anyway, since they might want to add a workaround for buggy browsers like yours. But you'll probably get a better response by filing a Github issue.
Also, none of this is reason to be rude to them.
This is the lichess feedback section right?
The purpose of this section is to provide feedback to Lichess staff (including reporting bugs).
Or did I got it wrong and it's just another forum section for players to share opinions amongst themselves?
I think you're correct, but you'll probably have better luck filing a Github issue (again, this does not look like a Lichess bug, but they might want to add a workaround).
Now let's go back to your message in #8. This is like if your friend invited you over and cooked you a beautiful dinner, but one of the dishes has tomatoes, which you don't like. Then you storm out of the house yelling "I'm never coming back here! You're a useless chef!"
Although actually in this case, since it's most likely a bug in your browser, it's more like if you brought your own plate to the house and had the same mental breakdown, but this time because your plate had a chip in it (which, let me be clear, was present long before you entered the house).
Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
