A few hours ago I was playing in a tournament, and in one of the games due to an error on the lichess server.
I will describe the situation:
I started playing in the tournament, and during the game I saw the inscription: "lichess will restart in..." and the time that went up and down. During one of the games, the inscription even appeared: "lichess is down" and after that a strange situation occurred. In the next game, I beat my opponent and got the position I won. And suddenly he stopped making moves. I thought, "He must have gone away, or tilted." So I started waiting for my opponent's time to run out. But when he ran out of time, "Black's Victory" did not appear on the screen. I was surprised, reloaded the page, and found that I had lost! And it was written in the game record that my opponent made a move! But during the game, his move was not displayed!
I'm sure it has to do with the lichess servers and the reboot, since my internet connection was good and no "Reconnect" message was displayed.
Here is the link to this game:

.It happened on Black's 45th move. The third game of the tournament. He had only the king left of the pieces, that's why I didn't lose, but got a draw. It was a winning position, I would have won it a hundred times out of a hundred! But it became a draw only because of some bug on the server.I also want to note that other players of this tournament have also complained about this problem in the chat.I hope that Lichess will understand my situation and reimburse me for the rating that was unfairly taken away from me not because of my mistake. Thanks for reading and understanding.

You were the one who decided to continue playing in the Lichess tournament despite fully knowing that your game could easily be terminated due to a server issue.
Lichess properly warned you about this, yet you did not listen.
You have no one to blame except yourself.

I guess this is just bad luck at the moment.
Although I wonder why you didn't refresh the page when your opponent didn't move, and you were aware of the server restart. Yes, it shouldn't be necessary, but sometimes things go wrong, and it was announced. Your opponent moved very fast before, and you still had 3 minutes on the clock.
I am not proposing that everyone blindly reloads pages, but when there's a server restart and something looks off, this should be the first step.

This situation happened AFTER the reboot, but even if it had happened during the reboot, why should I lose because of this? Lichess only warned that there would be a reboot, he did not say "Please do not play games in the near future."

I have never encountered such an error before, during previous reboots this did not happen. And there were cases of opponents leaving the game, so that's what I thought. Besides, he had previously offered me a draw, I refused, and I thought that he wanted to "take revenge" on me like that. That's why I thought it was ticking.
But you don't have to blame me either, I played the same game as 2000 before and didn't think that such a error could happen on Lichess at all. And Lichess did not give any advice on how to act in such situations, or at least they are so deeply hidden that I did not see them.
But yes, it can be called bad luck. I just want to fix this misunderstanding.

No blame intended. :-) The main part was "just do a refresh if something looks really odd". Takes a second and might fix things.
I think that you didn't experience this problem before just shows how incredibly stable this site usually is. :-)
