Display board resize handle

I have display board resize handle set to only in initial position. Yet thoughout the game there is a pulsating orange circle over the bottom right corner of the board. I guess this is not intended behaviour.

Try hovering your mouse over the orange circle (or briefly clicking on it without resizing the board). It should go away.

Thanks - clicking on it makes it go away. But it would be better if it wasn't there in the first place, IMHO! :)
